Sörbyn Lodge

Sorbyn Lodge, Sweden

Sörbyn Lodge is located on a beautiful lake near the small village of Sörbyn.  The main lodge building is a traditional red, wooden Swedish house where you will find the Reception desk and Kallkällen Restaurant, where breakfast and dinner are served.  Sörbyn has two types of accommodation; hotel rooms and wooden cabins.  Both are located in separate buildings to the main building, but are very close by.  Rooms are simple in design but of a good quality and very comfortable with ensuite shower and WC.  Cabin accommodation also has a small kitchenette and table and chairs.  Both the hotel rooms and the cabins are capable of accommodating 3 guests in an extra bed (in the same sleeping area) and some of the cabins can accommodate up to 4 guests when using a sofa bed in the main living area.

Kallkällen Restaurant has a renowned reputation for being one of the finest restaurants in Swedish Lapland and is the proud winner of several awards.  We have included the 3-course dinner in our featured products, however foodies have the opportunity to upgrade to their 5-course or 7-course menus.

Who is this holiday suitable for?
The beauty of this holiday is that it is suitable for absolutely anyone.  The only things that are set in stone are the flights, transfers and a minimum of 3-nights accommodation; the remainder of the holiday you build yourself i.e. you choose the activities most suited to your preference and capability, you choose if you want a longer stay or nights at the Treehotel or Aurora Safari Camp, you choose if you want to stay with the included 3-course dinner or upgrade for one, two or all of the evenings to the 5 or 7-course dinner.  We are, of course, more than happy to provide you with lots of advice and tips - just ask!
